Digital Club Membership And Individual Digital Files - Terms of Service

MyCustomDesigns.com – License & Usage Policy

1. Permitted Use of Files

All digital files provided by MyCustomDesigns.com that are purchased using a Digital Club Membership are licensed, not sold. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing our files, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those files only to create finished physical projects.

You may:

  • Use our files to create finished products for personal use or for sale

  • Modify files as needed to complete your projects

You may not:

  • Sell, share, gift, trade, sublicense, or redistribute our files in any form

  • Sell the files as standalone digital products

  • Upload or distribute the files on any website, marketplace, or file-sharing platform

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original files

2. Prohibition on File Resale

Under no circumstances are our files themselves (whether purchased outright or with a Digital Club Membership) are allowed to be sold or redistributed, whether altered or unaltered. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads

  • Bundles

  • Free giveaways

  • File sharing with third parties

Any occurrence of file resale, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing is considered a direct violation of this license.

3. Membership Requirement for Selling Projects

If you plan to sell finished projects that were created using files from MyCustomDesigns.com, an active and continued membership is required.

This applies even if:

  • You personally created the project

  • You significantly modified the design

  • The final product looks different from the original file

If our files were used at any point in the creation process, you must maintain an active membership for the entire duration that you are selling those projects.

If your membership expires or is canceled:

  • You must immediately stop selling any projects created using our files

  • Continued sales after membership termination are strictly prohibited

4. Enforcement & Legal Action

MyCustomDesigns.com actively monitors for unauthorized use, resale, and distribution of its files.

Any violation of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access and membership

  • Permanent ban from MyCustomDesigns.com

  • Legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law

We reserve the right to pursue financial damages, legal fees, and injunctive relief for any unauthorized use of our intellectual property.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using any files from MyCustomDesigns.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this License & Usage Policy in full.
